All recharge and payment transactions made with NEXTGEN are final. No refund, cancellation, or exchange will be applicable or processed under any circumstances once the transaction has been successfully completed.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate account details, including account number, username, mobile number, or any other relevant information while making payments or recharges. NEXTGEN shall not be held responsible for transactions made to incorrect accounts or numbers due to customer error.
